Two vastly different subjects!
Emerging from his training camp looking like a wild man for the woods, sporting a full facial beard, it appears that Tyson Fury could be made to change his appearance before he steps into the ring this Saturday evening to face Dereck Chisora.
Reports suggest that the British Boxing Board of Control will force Fury to shave it off before he can face Chisora.
Naturally, Fury has something (as you?d expect) to say about any such request, remarking,
?If they want it off they can have it off,’ Fury said. ‘I’ll post it to them with a signed postcard.?
‘But if I can keep it on, I will.?
However, despite all his usual brashness, Fury has admitted that the only thing that could see him defeated this Saturday is his inactivity.
Postponements and injuries have seen him only fight twice in the past two years and discussing this subject Fury is quoted as having remarked,
?The only thing that will lose me this fight is inactivity.?.
?Dereck Chisora can’t beat me, I can only beat myself. I have the edge in size but he has the edge in activity.?
?But let’s see how he deals with a big man who can box. I’m 6ft 9in and can make it an awkward night for anyone.?
I?m still sat on the fence at the moment not quite sure knowing who will triumph, I?ll think I?ll reserve judgement until the weigh-in, which in itself should be a lively affair.
