Having stopped Dereck Chisora to earn a crack at the WBO world heavyweight title, currently held by the Ukrainian Wladimir Klitschko, Tyson Fury aims to keep busy.

The disappointment of seeing fights postponed due to injury to his opponent whilst also having to pull out of another fight due to a family illness, the European heavyweight champion is keen to keep active ahead of that potential clash with Wladimir.

To that effect it has been announced that Tyson will defend his European heavyweight crown on 28th February, at London?s O2 Arena.

An opponent has yet to be announced but commenting on the forthcoming bout, Fury has remarked,

?It’s very important that I stay busy and I have to preserve that mandatory position.?

Let?s hope that a creditable opponent is selected for his European title defence and that, unlike the recent promotion that saw him top the bill against Chisora, the headlining fight is on at a decent hour and not sometime after midnight!
