The way things stand now it would seem as if Carl Froch will be getting that Las Vegas date he craves for with promoter, Eddie Hearn, remarking to the media,

?The deal for Carl to fight Chavez is 85 per cent done.?

Rumours are suggesting that the bout is still scheduled for 28th March and that a plausible venue is the Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

It is anticipated that Froch will pocket more than the £8 million he earned in the second fight with George Groves and that the fight, when it is finally locked down, will be on Sky Sports pay-per-view.
