The first big domestic tear-up of 2018 is almost upon us.

On Saturday night, George Groves and Chris Eubank Junior will go head-to-head at the Manchester Arena, in a World Boxing Super Series semi-final.

The fight has certainly captured the imagination of the boxing public with the tickets for the show selling out in just seven minutes.

For those without tickets, the fight is being broadcast live on ITV Box Office.

However, the big question remains ? who is going to win?

Carl Froch who has fought on several big fight-nights, has fought George Groves twice (and won both) and has sparred in the past, with Eubank Jnr and the retired boxer but excellent boxing pundit, has tipped Eubank Jnr, despite being the lighter and less experienced fighter, to win, remarking to the media,

?Chris Eubank Jr. has the work rate, the pace, the engine and the fitness to do the 12 rounds.

?The only way you can beat Chris Eubank Jr. is by stopping him in his tracks. So, you?ve got to hit him. You?ve got to hurt him. You?ve got to stop him from coming. It doesn?t matter if you?ve got the best jab in the business. I just don?t think that Eubank Jr. can be hurt by Groves.?

Has Carl Froch gauged this one correctly?
