With less than two weeks to go until the re-match between Carl Froch and George Groves, we can expect the banter levels to increase over the following days.
Today, it appears that it is the turn of Carl Froch to beat his own drum with the current champion, who many feel got the benefit of a dodgy decision last time questioning whether the challenge, George Groves, will ever be a world champion, let alone leave the Wembley ting next Saturday with the belt.
Cranking up the ante, Froch has remarked,
?I?m not sure George will ever be a world champion. I don?t think he?s a 12 round fighter. He?s not genetically cut out for this at the op level ? not tough enough.?
?As for me, I?m not ready to retire. I?m enjoying the sport. I?ve loved being away from home, but don?t tell my wife.?
?I had my feet up in the bath the other day and thought ?Why don?t I always do this?? This fight will secure my legacy.?
Confidence is the by-word it seems.
Froch ? Groves Will Never Be World Champion!
