As the build up to Froch v Kessler II continues, Froch held an open air training session yesterday.

Back in his home city of Nottingham, Froch turned on the charm in the market square where a ring had been set up.

With 1,500 people in attendance, Froch was put through his paces before indulging in a little public relations with those in attendance.

With the fight fast approaching, Froch appeared confident and believes Saturday night, at the O2 Arena in London, he?ll get the better of a boxer who beat him last time out.

Speaking to the media, Froch (amongst other things) had this to say,

?Right now I feel there is an air of invincibility about me.?

?Saturday is the biggest night in my boxing life. I just feel I?ll get the stoppage. I can?t see Mikkel going past eight, nine or, maybe, 10 rounds.?

Saturday could be one of those days whereby the hairs on your neck stand up as the boxers are welcomed into the arena, I can?t wait, how about you?
