Since beating Kiko Martinez, in Belfast, some ten days ago, Carl Frampton?s stock has risen considerably.

Whilst Carl faces a mandatory defence against the American Chris Avolos, two other super-bantamweight world title holders are eager to get in the ring with the Irish fighter.

We?ve already covered how the WBA champion Scott Quigg wants to get in the ring with Frampton, well now it appears the WBC champion is also keen to do something similar.

On the undercard of the Mayweather v Maidana fight, Leo Santa Cruz retained his WBC belt with a spectacular second round knockout of Manuel Roman. Talking about fighting Frampton, Santa Cruz remarked,

?I want to fight Frampton next and then Quigg, Then I can take on [Guillermo] Rigondeaux.?

Whereas, returning to a possible date with Quigg, Eddie Hearn has remarked,

?We?re involved with (Frampton?s mandatory) Chris Avalos, maybe he?ll step aside so Carl can face Scott, We?ll make the call to Barry McGuigan this week. The British public want it, Scott and Carl want it.?

Suddenly the world really does appear to be Frampton?s oyster!
