Chris Eubank is of the opinion that his son, Chris Eubank Junior, can beat the fighting machine that is Gennady Golovkin.
Eubank Junior, who has a record that reads 19-1 with 14 wins coming by knockout, has been beaten just once, by Billy Joe Saunders in what many saw as a contentious decision.
He is the current holder of the WBA interim middleweight belt, he boxes at the same weight as Golovkin but, for some that is where the similarities end.
Apparently, father and son have a time-scale whereby they see Eubank Junior climbing into the ring to face the fighting machine, in the belief that Golovkin is easy to hit.
Although I like Eubank Junior as a fighter, my advice would be to take another route to a world title fight, because as David Lemieux learned in New York, on Saturday night, Golovkin is one mean machine who takes no prisoners and is quite capable of ending careers.
Eubank Wants Golovkin In????
