After his split decision loss to Billy Joe Saunders, Chris Eubank Junior makes a swift return to the ring tonight.
Eubank Jnr will be taking on the unbeaten WBA interim middleweight champion Dmitry Chudinov at the O2 Arena in London.
It?s no easy return for Eubank but he remains confident about getting back to winning ways with the 25-year old remarking about the task ahead,
?I am going to take his title. I?m taller, have a longer reach but build-wise he is stocky.
?He will take a shot to try to get at you but he will be walking on to a lot of power punches.?
It also seems that Eubank Jnr will be departing these shores shortly to take up a training camp in Las Vegas with Chris adding,
?I?ll be going out to Vegas in April to train at Floyd?s gym before the Pacquiao fight. I?ll be in the camp with Floyd.
?We haven?t spoken about sparring as he always picks fighters that can simulate the style of his next opponent. I?m not much like Pacquiao ? but who knows.
?I?m going to start basing myself out there training-wise. But because of this fight on May 2, it?s the perfect time to experience the full build-up. I?m close with Floyd?s father. He?s trained me. If anybody can get me a ticket it?d be him.?
Despite that loss to Saunders, it would appear that for Eubank Jnr the future does look bright if he can overcome he formidable hurdle he faces tonight.
Eubank Confident of Win!
