In the super-middleweight division, all the recent talk has been about a unification match involving James DeGale and Badou Jack.

As it stands James DeGale, who has a record that reads 23-1 with 14 wins coming by way of knockout, holds the IBF belt.

Badou Jack, who has a ring record that reads 20-1-2 with 12 wins coming by stoppage, holds the WBC belt.

News breaking stateside, although it isn?t official yet as there are some formalities to complete, suggests that the fight will be taking place on 14th January 2017.

As for a venue, it seems that the fight will be at the Barclays Centre in Brookyln, New York.

The fight will be eagerly looked forward to, can James DeGale return to the UK with the WBC belt added to his IBF belt?
