Crolla Ordered to make Mandatory Defence

News has broken that the WBA have ordered Anthony Crolla to make a defence against the #1 WBA contender Ismael Barroso.

Barroso, with a record that reads 19-0-2 with 18 knockouts is a big puncher who Crolla will have to tread carefully with.

The WBA have ordered that the fight must take place by 12th April, if it doesn’t the belt Anthony Crolla worked so hard to win against Darleys Perez will be unceremoniously stripped from him.

Hopefully Eddie Hearn can put together a bid that will see Crolla defend his title in Manchester rather than have t travel abroad.
