For the Manchester lightweight Anthony Crolla, November 21st can?t come around quick enough.

Anthony Crolla will get the chance to avenge the majority draw verdict the judges announced in his first world title fight against the Colombian fighter, Darleys Perez.

On that occasion, back in July, the verdicts read out were:-

? 114-113 (for Perez)
? 116-111 (for Crolla)

And

? 113-113 (draw)

As the build-up to the contest for the WBA belt gets started, Crolla has spoken about the task ahead,

‘The dream is still alive. In fact, the decision last time has just added fuel to the fire.

‘I’m expecting a better Darleys Perez and there’s certainly going to be a better Anthony Crolla this time.’

And on getting the public sympathy vote last time, after everybody thought the Manchester man had done enough to claim the belt, Crolla added about the way he is now perceived by the public, ,

‘It’s changed on the street from being known as the boxer who got hit on the head with a concrete slab to the boxer who got robbed in a world title fight.
‘I prefer that. But I’ve moved on and I’ll leave no doubt this time around.’

Like I said earlier, the fight can?t come around quick enough!
