Sharing the top-billing at the Hull Ice Arena on 25th October will be Tommy Coyle.

Coyle will be defending his IBF Intercontinental title against the well-travelled Michael Katsidis.

Katsidis is back on the title trail after a win over Graham Earl in Australia, in a fight that many believed shouldn?t have taken place with Earl having been out of the ring for so long.

The Australian, Katsidis, is no stranger to these shores having disrupted the plans of Kevin Mitchell some years back and Coyle could be in for another hard nights work after tangling with Daniel Brizuela in a gruelling fight where both fighters hit the canvas four times.

Katsidis remarking about a return to these shores, had this to say to the media,

?It is nice to be fighting in England again and I am very much looking forward to the fight with Tommy.?

?I have always enjoyed the passion of the fans and I feel at home when I fight there.?

?I would like to thank Eddie Hearn and Brendon Smith for putting this fight together and I am working very hard in camp at present.?

As for Coyle, he?s commented to the media,

?It?s great to be fighting someone of Michael Katsidis calibre. There were many big names touted for this fight and I?m delighted that it?s Michael I?ll be taking on.?

?He?s been in with Kevin Mitchell and Ricky Burns over here and also shared the ring with Robert Guerrero and Juan Manuel Marquez, so to beat him will be a huge achievement and a great scalp to have on my record.?

In our opinion those attending the fight, in Hull, can expect a terrific fight, as to who?ll emerge on top, we reckon this one could be too close to call.
