I?m not sure how far the latest comeback of one Dereck Chisora will go or indeed how committed the heavyweight is in trying to get back amongst the top level heavyweights.
But, after being beaten by Tyson Fury last time out, back in November 2014, Chisora made his ring return last night at Wembley Arena.
Matched against Beqa Lobjanidze, Chisora wasted no time in getting back to winning ways stopping his opponent after just 29 seconds of the first round.
A huge right hand connected with Beqa Lobjanidze and there was no way the fight, after that punch, was going to be allowed to continue.
Buoyed by his dramatic win, the London heavyweight immediately took the chance to nominate his own next opponent calling out ?the guy that knocked out David Price?, known to the rest of us as Erkan Teper.
The win took Chisora?s record to 21-5 with 14 by way of knockout whilst the record of Beqa Lobjanidze slipped to 13-4 with 11 coming by way of knockout.
As for his next opponent, ?the guy who knocked out David Price? his record is currently 15-0 with 10 coming by way of knockout.
It?s an interesting call-out because Chisora knows that a win over Teper would put him right back in the heavyweight reckoning, especially on the European scene.
