On the under-card of the return to the ring of Ricky Burns, in Leeds, this Saturday is Callum Smith.

Callum, one of four fighting Smith brothers who saw Paul robbed of a decent decision in Kiel last weekend, will be fighting Rafael Sosa Pintos, who has a record that reads 48-10 with 19 wins coming by way of knockout.

It?s suggested that a win, for Callum, will move him into the higher echelons of the super-middleweight division and already Callum is speculating over a possible fight with George Groves.

His trainer, Joe Gallagher, had this to say to the media about his charge possibly taking on Groves,

?Groves is firmly in Callum’s sights and that is the fight we want,’

?We’ll be hot on his heels whatever route he takes.’

Personally, I reckon Callum might be aiming too high and might need another couple of fights before Groves even entertains the notion of their two paths crossing.
