After taking the rated American fighter Carson Jones apart on Saturday night, it?s fair to say that Kell Brook is definitely back!

The Sheffield fighter made a statement on Saturday night at the Craven Arena in Hull and it?ll be interesting to see who he?s matched up against next.

However, in the aftermath of his comprehensive eight round win, Brook appeared to be just a little miffed that his long-time awaited world-title date with Devon Alexander has been, seemingly, stolen by Amir Khan, who will be taking on the American some time in December.

Talking about losing a fight that has been postponed twice through injuries, Brook is quoted as having remarked,

?It?s a horrible feeling. Khan has never boxed at welterweight, has been knocked out however many times and still gets this fight.?

?But I?m looking forward to a big fight of my own in October in my hometown Sheffield.?

Boxing can be cruel like that but, hopefully, Brook will, in the near future, get the chance to fight for the world title.
