After his unfortunate dalliance at middleweight, being beaten by Gennady Golovkin, it?ll be interesting to see how Kell Brook performs on Saturday evening.

Having to drop back down two weight divisions, to defend his world title against the unbeaten Errol Spence, will be a stiff test for the Sheffield fighter.

Throw into the mix the fact that Kell is recovering from surgery on his eye socket, an injury that carries some gory details, only goes to show the enormity of what lies ahead.

Some pundits are suggesting that Brook?s career may be on the slide, that the fight with Golovkin might not have been the best of ideas.

However, his trainer, Dominic Ingle, isn?t having any of that talk, remarking to the media about his charge,

?Kell went into that fight to test himself against the best.

?He was injured and he would love to do that fight again. But if Errol Spence is getting any kind of enthusiasm out of that fight, thinking Kell has got beat by Golovkin and he is on the slide, he is wrong.

?He is a bigger guy and a totally different fighter to Errol Spence.

?If I was Spence, of his trainer, I?d be thinking ?Kell Brook has so much courage and aggression?, that is what I?d be concerned about.?

Come the sound of the first bell we?ll know whether Kell is the same fighter that won the title when he beat Shawn Porter in the US.
