Blackwell Faces Jones in Derby Tonight

Topping the promotion at the Derby Arena is the British middleweight title fight between Nick Blackwell and Damon Jones.

Blackwell is the holder of the belt and the 24-year-old Trowbridge fighter will be looking to keep his progress going after his seventh round stoppage of the rated John Ryder, in his last fight in May.

But Jones is also a fighter on a role having won his last thirteen fights.

It has all the prospects of being an exhilarating fight and as a bonus to all fight fans it will be broadcast live on Channel 5 with the coverage starting at 22:00 UK time.

As for picking a winner, it?ll be close but I reckon the champion will just edge it.
