After the postponement of Kell Brook?s first defence, due to the injuries he suffered in Tenerife, we?ve been waiting for when a fight on that bill would be rescheduled.
The match-up between Nathan Cleverly and Tony Bellew has been eagerly awaited ever since they both moved up from light-heavyweight to cruiserweight.
Today the date and venue was confirmed with it being announced that the second clash between the two boxers will take place on November 22nd at the Liverpool Echo Arena.
The second fight between the two boxers will see Bellew have home advantage and the Liverpool fighter will be hoping that he can gain revenge for the loss, some three years ago, whereby Cleverly beat him to retain his WBO light-heavyweight title.
It?s being suggested that the winner of this bout will get the chance to fight for the world title with Marko Huck, of Germany, being the likely option available.
