Next Saturday, at the famous Wembley Arena, Frank Warren stages a promotion entitled Behind Enemy Lines.

One of the match-ups on what likes a very interesting card, will see Dereck Chisora take on the unbeaten American heavyweight Malik Scott.

Chisora, a colourful character, will be looking to inflict a first defeat on the 32 year-old unbeaten fighter, thereby improving a record that currently reads 16-4 with 10 knockouts whilst Scott will be looking to stretch his unbeaten record that currently stands at 35-0-1.

Scott, looking for a world title fight, views Chisora as somebody that will be recognized as a decent scalp. Ahead of the fight, Scott has remarked,

?This fight?s going to change my life. Chisora?s a hell of a gatekeeper, it would be a shutout; the same thing you?re going to see on July 20th, a shutout. If he gets too frisky, too emotional, I?ve got the fight by stoppage. After this, we?re interested in Adamek, the Klitschkos.?

Although Chisora was blown away by Haye in the much publicized non-BBBC sanctioned fight at West Ham?s Upton Park, the feeling is that Scott will take Chisora on in much the same way Tyson Fury did, dismantling him with superior boxing skills. But, as I?ve always said, you just don?t know with the heavyweights, one punch can change everything.

The Behind Enemy Lines bill also features the following bouts:-

6×3 minutes Light Heavyweight Contest

Calum Johnson v Carl Wild

6×2 minutes Super Featherweight Contest

Joey Taylor v Pavel Senkos

  • Chisora knows this is his last chance at hitting the big time but can he upset the apple-cart?
