One of the most thrilling fights that w were treated to last year and also one of the most entertaining was the domestic heavyweight tear-up between Anthony Joshua and Dillian Whyte.

It was a encounter that saw Joshua start well, almost forcing a first-round stoppage, before Whyte caught him with a barrage in the second round that threatened to pull the plug on the Watford fighters unbeaten record.

As it turned out Whyte suffered a shoulder injury and was stopped by Joshua.

But with those memories still fresh in our minds Joshua’s trainer, Tony Sims, has urged his charge to be more restrained next time around.
