A February Collision?

Now back in the UK after his stabbing incident in Tenerife, reports are circulating that the rumoured domestic showdown between Brook and Amir Khan could be fast-tracked.

The rumours go on to suggest that Brook is making a quicker than anticipated recovery from the injuries sustained on the holiday island and Brook could be back in the ring as early as February.

Supposedly, this raises the hopes of an early New Year bout, possibly in February, between the two welterweights.

Personally I?m not so sure the rumours have the greatest of foundation, I reckon if the pair are to collide in the ring then it would have to be in the summer when an outdoor arena would be available and the revenue generated would be so much greater, but I could be wrong!
