In the upcoming fight, at the MGM Grand between Amir Khan and Devon Alexander, many pundits are implying that the American might get the better of the British fighter.
Alexander is a pedigree fighter and will fancy his chances of getting at Khan, as long as he can nullify the hand speed advantage that the Bolton fighter has.
The American lost his IBF welterweight world title belt to Shawn Porter, who subsequently lost it to the Sheffield fighter Kell Brook, but you get the impression determination is something Alexander has in abundance with the American remarking,
?It will not happen again.?
And as for Amir Khan, Alexander also had a few words to say, remarking,
?I don?t see anything special about the way Khan fights.
?We know what could await the winner and it will be me taking my place in the sweepstake to face Floyd ? not Amir?
Things are certainly heating up and the early hours of Sunday morning can?t come quick enough!
A Confident Alexander
